Investment proposal of construction of a 4-5* hotel complex in Tropea, Calabria

‌There is an investment proposal of  construction of a 4-5* hotel complex in the city of Tropea (Province of Vibo Valentia), which is rated as the top tourist destination in Calabria, Italy.

Calabria is in the southernmost part of mainland Italy. It is a peninsula bordered by Basilicata to the north, the Ionian Sea to the east, the Strait of Messina to the southwest, which separates it from Sicily, and the Tyrrhenian Sea to the west. Calabria is known for its stunning coastlines, rich culture and delicious cuisine. 

A massive hotel complex will be located close to the beach and to the city center. The current design is based on a 4* hotel complex but can be easily converted into a luxury 5* complex.

A luxury hotel concept with no direct competitor will allow to achieve excellent financial performance. An expected  attendance plan is 90 000 persons per year.

The hotel complex with a total area of ​​17 970 sq. m. will consist of 246 rooms, swimming pools, SPA, fitness center, conference rooms, sports facilities, mediterranean gardens.

The estimated total cost of the project is 35 000 000 euro, including the cost of the land plot and construction works. The current owner has already obtained the preliminary Construction Permit.
