Before the trip, the customer is invited to sign a review report for the search of the property (it is important to emphasize that a commission is paid only in case of purchase of the property provided by the agent), in addition a confidentiality agreement and a document for the protection of personal data should be signed. These documents must be signed in Italy before visiting the properties of interest.
