In 2011, the villa was completely renovated, the original stucco moldings and ceilings were restored, the floors were made of handmade tiles and rare types of marble, the walls were decorated with frescoes in the ancient Italian graffito technique by the hands of a famous master who deals exclusively with the restoration of architectural monuments. The Hall and the Small Living Room are decorated with handmade wallpaper, the boards of which are protected by UNESCO and date back to the beginning of the 17th century.
