The agency manager will offer at your request a number of coastal villas to rent in Italy. Once you’ve made your choice, we confirm the dates and costs with the owner and then sign a contract in two languages. Upon reservation it’s necessary to pay a deposit of 30%. The rest is usually paid on arrival. Your manager will be in touch with you throughout your stay, will answer your questions and help with organizational issues.
